  • The Onboarding Collaboration encompasses the first 30 days to ensure we’re providing value and exceeding expectations.
  • Our 90-Day Tune Up checks that everything is going smoothly and opens the door to dialogue about additional value we can provide.
  • The Brainstorm Session happens about six months in, and it’s a one-on-one between the owner or key executives and the director of Plumb’s corporate division. This session includes a business assessment and a one-hour consultation about current business conditions, benchmarking, and other strategic topics.
  • The Efficiency Meeting occurs at the one-year mark with the director of our operations division. This is an opportunity to look at ways to build efficiencies and optimize impact in year two.
